Poor Fargoth plugin

(updated 12-10-2014: ring-related dialogue correction)

So, you gave Fargoth back his ring. And he called you his best friend. Then you
spoke to Hrisskar, who also wants to be your friend, and who asks you to find
out where Fargoth is keeping his gold that he quite understandably doesn't want
Hrisskar to rob from him. And you watched Fargoth from the lighthouse as
instructed, and found his stash, and looted it including the ring, and took the
loot back to Hrisskar for a reward.

You cad.

If you did all that, this plugin lets you make up for it. Next time you greet
Fargoth, and he tells you the Imperials have taken everything, you can ask him
how you can help. He will set a number of tasks ranging from easy to quite
difficult, and as your guilt forces you to complete them (you are feeling
guilty, aren't you??) you wonder what your net profit from the looting is, and
whether you should just have refused Hrisskar's request. But if you had, someone
less scrupulous would have done it instead, without making up for it, and
without earning a permanent bed & breakfast in Fargoth's home. Mmmm, free
crabmeat...

This plugin mostly alters dialogue (greetings, topics, journals) and adds an
enchantment, three magical items, two containers and a bed in Fargoth's house, a
levelled item for one of the containers, the key to Fargoth's door (which had to
be altered to accept that key), a script to relocate Fargoth to his home, and a
global variable to make it legal to enter that home. It also makes Bosmer
females the same height as males. (By default, the females are taller, but since
they have the same dialogue describing themselves as small and sharp, I suspect
this is an error in the race definition.) The bench, table and anything on the
table have been moved to make room for the new bed, so this plugin might not be
compatible with any plugin that changes Fargoth's house. In the Morrowind-only
version, if you break into Fargoth's house before letting him tell you about
either his stolen ring or how the Imperials have taken everything, the
containers and extra bed won't be disabled yet. In the GOTY-version, a start
script disables them.

To nudge the plot along, you have to leave Seyda Neen a few times. When you
return, your journal will be updated. If you did Hrisskar's quest but hadn't
returned the ring to Fargoth yet, he will be happy to have it back. If you
return the ring, do Hrisskar's quest and then return the ring again, he lets you
borrow it. He doesn't (spoiler) let you borrow his new shoes, but it's fun to
see him wearing them.

I can't swear that this plugin will not do anything bad to existing savegames,
especially if the saved game included mods that change Fargoth's house. Fargoth
himself is not changed to avoid problems with NPC replacer mods.
