Gathered here are some Sailor Moon villains and characters from two adult animes which share a voice actor. Lot 5 uses materials from Deluxe, the rest are LL-only. None of the AnK characters has the right skin. Yet.

Lot 1: the Bison gang
Yes, the same house as in MyFirstHood, but now inhabited by
grownups, with exactly the same personality and skill points as the
children, and the ability to use the pool table and those silly
heart beds, though they've kept the child-only items for visitors.
Entirely LL-compatible, though I'm not happy about the skins.

Lot 2: the Shitennou

The dwelling place of the original Sailor Moon badguys.
The Shitennou were the four leaders of the army of Queen
Beryl, who lives in the central house. Jadeite has his energy-gathering
tower, Nephrite has his stargazing cathedral with balcony for drinks,
Zoisite and Kunzite have their castle and Beryl herself has the throne
room in a skull's jaws, or rather, the upstairs floor has a skull
shape and there's something in the jawbone that's supposed to be
Metallia's chamber. To create the impression of living on two levels -
the Dark Kingdom is a place with many vertical accents - I used the
invisible support given by the stone fence for what I call "Beryl's
walkway" (a means to spy on her underlings) although it probably
looked better without the fencing. The area underneath her house
is a communal hall. DD girls not included, sorry.

Lot 3: Iason Mink
Once upon a time, a team of scientists and their trusty
supercomputer Jupiter landed on a chunk of rock with the intention of
making it suitable for human habitation. The supercomputer thought
that the running of the new colony couldn't be left to mere humans,
created a race of artificial superhumans and took control. Many years
later... The colony prospers, its main export product being the human
slaves that the android elite keep as pets. The androids live in
luxurious homes, work in offices and throw parties every so often.
This is their leader, who risked disgrace over his entanglement
with a lowly human, and I don't know whether this building looks
anything like the five or so houses he was said to possess.

Lot 4: the Hagen siblings

The villains from an anime that is called "AIKa" but should
have been called "Panty shots galore", mad scientist Hagen and
his oversexed sister Nina lead the all-female Delmo force, woefully
absent from this house, but he's sure to con the neighbourhood
females into armed service after a session in his little love cabin
out back. The house is submarine-shaped to resemble his
battleship-slash-spacecraft, with luxury living quarters for himself
and Nina upstairs, and dreary barracks downstairs.

Lot 5: Raoul Am (I've also seen it spelled "Um")
Really, the names Jupiter pulls out of the phone book to
label her android offspring! This is the second most important
member of Tanaguran society, the head of their version of the
Thought Police and in charge of brainwashing people who have
been naughty. (The Sims has nothing like operation tables and
beds with restraints and electroshock equipment, so I just
put some metal tables in a nasty white room for effect.)
Although he lives close to his work, he likes to keep business
and pleasure apart, so his pets are housed in a separate building
connected by a staircase. An even more austere character than
his leader, he allows them rather less freedom and recreation.
